Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled within within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping times average 5 days depending of shipping locaiton. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to COVID-19, there is a potential for delays in shipping times due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic & International Flat Shipping Rates

Canada & International: $8.00/item + $1.50/each additional item

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Polite Moose is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@politemoose.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@politemoose.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The return address is set by default to our printing facility at Printful. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, personalized products, or sizing exchanges.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
